DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) ACT 2009 (NO. 34 OF 2009) - SECT 190

Offence—fail to comply with employment order

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     an employment order is made against the person; and

        (b)     the person fails to comply with the order.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
