DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) ACT 2009 (NO. 34 OF 2009) - SECT 193

The Minister must not delegate the Ministers functions under the following sections:

              •     section 20 (1) (Competent authorities);

              •     section 156 (Declaration by Minister—amend or suspend regulation's operation).

Note 1     The Legislation Act, s 254A provides that a Minister may delegate the Minister's functions under an Act or statutory instrument to anyone else.
