Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If given orally, a direction under division 3.2.2 (Directions in relation to pt 3.2 vehicles) or part 3.3 (Directions to give name, records and other things) must state whether the direction is to be complied with immediately or within a stated period.
(2) If given in writing, a direction under division 3.2.2 or part 3.3 must state the period within which the direction is to be complied with.
