Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts31. (1) The Director may, on behalf of the Territory, engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to, or to perform services for, the Director.
(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons engaged under subsection (1) are as the Director, with the approval of the Attorney-General, in writing determines.
