DOMESTIC RELATIONSHIPS ACT 1994 (NO. 28 OF 1994) - SECT 4

4. This Act does not apply in relation to—

        (a)     a domestic relationship that ceased before the commencement day; or

        (b)     a person to the extent that he or she was a party to such a relationship.
