Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive may include conditions in a licence to protect the health and safety of people, and property and the environment from damage, from hazards associated with, or risks resulting from, the dangerous substances to which the licence applies.
(2) A licence is subject to—
(a) any conditions included in the licence by the chief executive; and
(b) any conditions prescribed under the regulations.
