DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES ACT 2004 (NO. 7 OF 2004) - SECT 61

Surrender of licence

    (1)     A licensee may apply to the chief executive to surrender the licensee's licence.

    (2)     The licensee must, with the application—

        (a)     return the licence to the chief executive; or

        (b)     if the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed—give the chief executive a statement, verified by a statutory declaration signed by the licensee, that the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed.

Note     The Statutory Declarations Act 1959 (Cwlth) applies to the making of statutory declarations under ACT laws.
