Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A proceeding to which the repealed Act, section 100 (Restriction on publication of reports about proceedings) applied immediately before the commencement day is taken to be a proceeding to which section 111 (Publication of reports about proceedings—offence) of this Act applies.
(2) Subsection (1) is a law to which the Legislation Act, section 88 (Repeal does not end effect of transitional laws etc) applies.
