Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person who is, or has been, a member of a school board of a government school is not civilly liable for an act or omission done honestly in the exercise of a function under this Act.
(2) Any liability that would, apart from subsection (1), attach to a person attaches to the Territory.
