ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 2) 1997 (NO. 91 OF 1997) - SECT 20

Declaration voting at polling places

20. Section 135 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (a) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(a)     the certified list of electors for the electorate does not specify the person's name; or”.
