ELECTRICITY (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1996 (NO. 28 OF 1996) - SECT 3

3. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears—“former Authority” means the former Australian Capital Territory Electricity and Water Authority established by the Energy and Water Act 1988; “Principal Act” means the Electricity Act 19711; “relevant date” means5 October 1994.
