Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts19. (1) A private provider shall give to a person from whom the provider receives trust money a receipt for the money specifying briefly the subject matter or purpose in respect of which the money was received.
(2) A provider shall issue a receipt under subsection (1) within 3 banking days after the day on which the provider receives the money.
