Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) An information officer may, in the exercise of a function under this Act, consult with another information officer.
(2) In consulting with another information officer under
subsection (1), an information officer is authorised to disclose government
information that relates to the exercise of the function.
