GAMING MACHINE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1999 (NO. 35 OF 1999) - SECT 3

Application

    Section 23A of the Gaming Machine Act 1987 1 is amended by adding at the end the following subsection:

“(2) This Division ceases to operate on 30 June 2001.”.
