GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 (NO. 34 OF 2004) - SECT 120

    (1)     A licensee commits an offence if—

        (a)     the licensee allows the installation of a gaming machine on the licensed premises; and

        (b)     the gaming machine is installed otherwise than in a gaming area.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
