GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 (NO. 34 OF 2004) - SECT 126

Position for percentage payout of gaming machines display

    (1)     The commission may, in writing, approve a position on a kind of gaming machine for display of the percentage payout for the machine.

    (2)     An approval is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
