GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 (NO. 34 OF 2004) - SECT 130

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     opens the computer cabinet in a gaming machine; and

        (b)     is not an approved supplier, approved technician or authorised officer.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
