GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 (NO. 34 OF 2004) - SECT 133

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person operates a linked jackpot arrangement between gaming machines; and

        (b)     the arrangement is not authorised under section 134 or by a multi-user permit.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
