Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The commission may amend a condition of a multi-user permit on its own initiative if satisfied that it is appropriate to amend the condition, having regard to the interests of the people playing the machines in the linked jackpot arrangement under the permit.
(2) The amendment takes effect on the date stated in the notice of the decision on the amendment given to the permit-holder by the commission.
