GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 (NO. 34 OF 2004) - SECT 157

Using false identification

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person uses someone else's identification or a form of identification that is forged—

        (a)     to obtain entry to or remain in a gaming area on licensed premises; or

        (b)     to play a gaming machine.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
