GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 (NO. 34 OF 2004) - SECT 166

    (1)     Within 1 month after the end of a financial year, a licensee must give the commission a copy of the records kept under section 165 that relate to the financial year, together with a financial report for the financial year.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (2)     In this section:

"financial report" means a report about the following:

        (a)     the gross revenue of the licensee;

        (b)     if the licensee is a club—the net revenue of the licensee;

        (c)     the total value of community contributions.

        (d)     the total value of contributions to registered parties and associated entities.

Note     If a form is approved under the Control Act, s 53D for a financial report, the form must be used.
