19     Declaration of corresponding law

    (1)     The Minister may declare a law of a State or another Territory, being a law that contains provisions for the approval of type A gas appliances, to be a corresponding law for this part.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
