GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2003 (NO. 57 OF 2003) - SECT 191A

    (1)     This division expires 2 years after it commences.

    (2)     Section 190 is a law to which the Legislation Act 2001 , s 88 (Repeal does not end transitional or validating effect etc) applies.

Note     This section does not appear in the Commonwealth Act.
