GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2003 (NO. 57 OF 2003) - SECT 60

    (1)     A licence continues in force—

        (a)     if the licence is expressed to be in force for a particular period—until the end of the period; or

        (b)     otherwise—until it is cancelled or surrendered.

    (2)     A licence is not in force during a period of suspension.
