GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2003 (NO. 57 OF 2003) - SECT 87

    (1)     The regulator may, at any time, by written notice given to the holder of the certification, vary the certification of a facility.

    (2)     Without limiting subsection (1), the regulator may—

        (a)     impose additional conditions; or

        (b)     remove or vary conditions imposed by the regulator.
