GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2003 (NO. 57 OF 2003) - SECT 95

    (1)     The regulator may, at any time, by written notice given to an accredited organisation, vary the organisation's accreditation.

    (2)     Without limiting subsection (1), the regulator may—

        (a)     impose additional conditions; or

        (b)     remove or vary conditions imposed by the regulator.
