HOLIDAYS AMENDMENT ACT 1999 (NO. 67 OF 1999) - SECT 2

    This Act commences on the day it is notified in the Gazette .

3     Act amended

    This Act amends the Holidays Act 1958 .

4     Public holidays

    Section 3 is amended by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:

“(2A)     On 31 December 1999 a public holiday is to be observed after midday.”.
