Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts27. (1) The Minister shall, by notice in writing to the applicant in accordance with section 31, approve or refuse an application.
(2) If the Minister fails to make a decision on an application before the expiration of the prescribed period after the application is made, the Minister is to be taken to have refused to approve the application.
