HERITAGE OBJECTS ACT 1991 (NO. 101 OF 1991) - SECT 30

30. An approval takes effect—

        (a)     7 days after the last day on which an application may be made to the Tribunal for the review of the decision; or

        (b)     if, before the expiration of that period, the Minister gives the applicant written notice that no application has been made to the Tribunal—on the day on which the notice is given;

whichever occurs first.
