Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts7. The Territory, the Executive or a Minister shall not do any act or approve the doing of any act that is inconsistent with the Heritage Objects Register unless satisfied that—
(a) there is no prudent and feasible alternative; and
(b) all prudent and feasible measures to comply with any requirements specified in the Register for the conservation of the relevant object or objects are taken or are to be taken in doing that act.
