HEALTH PROMOTION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1997 (NO. 15 OF 1997) - SECT 4

4. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(b)     the amount transferred to the Board annually under subsection 24 (2);”.
