AMENDMENTS OF INEBRIATES ACT, 1900 OF THE STATE OF NEW SOUTH WALES IN ITS APPLICATION IN THE TERRITORY

1. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by inserting “or she” after “he” (wherever occurring):

Sections 1, 1A, 1B, 2A, 3, 3A, 3C, 3D, 3F, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 14B.

2. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by inserting “or her” after “him” (wherever occurring):

Sections 1, 1A, 1B, 1C, 3C, 3D, 6 and 14C.

3. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by inserting “or her” after “his” (wherever occurring):

Sections 1A, 2A, 3, 3A, 3C, 5, 7, 9, 10, 14B and 14C.

4. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by inserting “or herself” after “himself”:

Sections 1, 1B and subsection 5 (1).

5. Schedule Two to the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by inserting “or her” after “his”; and

    (b)     by inserting “or her” after “him”.
