Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) On receiving a copy of an audit report, the Commissioner may, by written notice given to the licensed provider, require the licensed provider to give the Commissioner such further information as is specified in the notice about any matter relating to the licensed provider's operations that is mentioned in the audit report.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) shall specify a period time within which the notice is to be complied with.
(3) A licensed provider shall not fail, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a notice under this section.
Penalty: 40 penalty units.
