Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A licensed provider may apply to the Commissioner for approval to enter into an ancillary gambling agreement.
(2) The Commissioner may give the approval if he or she considers it appropriate or desirable in all the circumstances for the licensed provider to enter into the agreement.
(3) An approval shall be in writing.
