Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the Minister grants an application for an interactive gambling licence, he or she shall promptly issue an interactive gambling licence to the applicant.
(2) If the Minister refuses to grant an application for an interactive gambling licence, the Minister shall, subject to section 141, give the applicant written notice of the decision and of the reasons for the refusal.
