INTERACTIVE GAMBLING ACT 1998 (NO. 24 OF 1998) - SECT 32

    An interactive gambling licence may be issued subject to such conditions as the Minister considers necessary or desirable—

        (a)     for the proper conduct of interactive games; or

        (b)     in the public interest.
