INTEGRITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 47 OF 2024) - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     This Act (other than sections 42, 87, 94 and 98) commences on the 7th day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Sections 42, 87, 94 and 98 commence 6 months after this Act's notification day.
