INTERIM PLANNING ACT 1990 (NO. 59 OF 1990) - SECT 8

Effect of the Plan

8. The Territory, the Executive, a Minister or a Territory authority shall not do any act, or approve the doing of any act, that is inconsistent with the Plan.
