Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to the acts and practices of a public sector agency if—
(a) the agency is—
(i) mentioned in the Freedom of Information Regulation 1991
, schedule 2 in relation to documents that relate to its commercial activities or the commercial activities of another entity; or
(ii) prescribed by regulation; and
(b) the acts and practices relate to the agency's commercial activities.
(2)
The Commonwealth APPs apply to the acts and practices of the
public sector agency as if the agency were an organisation within the meaning
of the Commonwealth Act.
