This Act does not affect the operation of any other territory law, including—

        (a)     the Freedom of Information Act 1989

; and

        (b)     the Health Records (Privacy and Access) Act 1997

; and

        (c)     the Residential Tenancies Act 1997

, part 7 (Residential tenancy databases); and

        (d)     the Territory Records Act 2002
