Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts24. (1) A licensee may, by notice in writing, request the Minister to cancel the licensee's licence in relation to 1 or more licensed places.
(2) On receiving a notice under subsection (1), the Minister shall cancel the licence in accordance with the request and the cancellation shall take effect immediately or on such later day as is specified in the notice.
