Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts25. (1) A licensee shall, within 14 days after receiving notice under subsection 34 (1) of the cancellation of the licence in relation to a place specified in the licence, return the licence to the Minister.
Penalty: $500.
(2) The Minister shall amend any licence returned under subsection (1) to reflect the cancellation and shall return the amended licence to the licensee.
