LIQUOR (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 (NO. 50 OF 1990) - SECT 55

55. Section 82 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by inserting in subsection (1) “, without reasonable excuse,” after “not”; and

    (b)     by adding at the foot of subsection (1) the following penalty:

“Penalty: $1,000.”.
