LIQUOR (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 (NO. 50 OF 1990) - SECT 56

56. Section 83 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting “who has not attained the age of 18 years shall not enter” and substituting “under the age of 18 years shall not enter or remain in”; and

    (b)     by adding at the end the following penalty:

“Penalty: $500.”.
