LIQUOR (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 (NO. 50 OF 1990) - SECT 60

60. Section 87 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from subsection (1) “Subject to this section, a” and substituting “A”;

    (b)     by adding at the foot of subsection (1) the following penalty:

“Penalty: $1,000.”; and

    (c)     by inserting in paragraph (3) (c) “or her” after “his”.
