LITTER (AMENDMENT) ACT 1991 (NO. 121 OF 1991) - SECT 3

3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the penalty at the foot of that section and substituting the following penalty:

“Penalty—

        (a)     if the litter is likely to cause injury to persons or damage to property—$2,000; or

        (b)     in any other case—$250.”.
