LOTTERIES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994 (NO. 36 OF 1994) - SECT 5

5. The Principal Act as amended by this Act applies in relation to tickets in instant lotteries whether purchased before or after the commencement of this Act other than any ticket in relation to which proceedings in a court have been instituted before 4 August 1993.
