FURTHER AMENDMENTS

Section 2—

Omit “the first day of September, One thousand nine hundred and sixty-four”, substitute “1 September 1964”.

Subsection 3 (3)—

Omit “the last two preceding subsections”, substitute “subsections (1) and (2)”.

Subsection 4 (1) (definition of “approved lottery”)—

Omit “seven of this Act”, substitute “7”.

Subsection 6 (2)—

Omit “the last preceding subsection”, substitute “subsection (1)”.

Paragraph 6 (2) (d)—

Insert “or her” after “his” (wherever occurring).

Subsection 7 (2)—

Insert “or her” after “his”.

Subsection 7 (4)—

Insert “or she” after “he”.
