LIQUOR AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 13 OF 2017) - SECT 63
Offence—child or young person possess liquor—licensee or
permit-holder
Section 116 (1) (b) omit everything after
low-alcohol liquor
substitute
at—
(i)
if the licensee holds a catering licence—the catered
premises; or
(ii)
in any other case—the licensed premises; and
