(1) If, before the commencement day, the use of Territory Land for a home business had been approved under a law of the Territory, that approval is to be taken to be an approval for the purposes of paragraph 175 (2) (b) of the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
(2) Section 175 of the Principal Act as in force at any time before the commencement day is not to be taken to have rendered unlawful the use of Territory Land for a home business where that use was approved under the Principal Act as so in force.
